Here is what you can expect from us and what we
expect from the high-bidder of our auctions:

1. All offered phonecards are guaranteed authentic and genuine.
They all were designed as phonecards, i.e. to phone with!
"mint, unused" means that one can still use this phonecard to phone
with in the areas it was designed for and at the time we do they
offer.
"used" means, that this phonecard was used before to phone with
and that you cant use this card anymore to phone with.
"mint, unused, expired" means that the card is still in mint
condition but the time when the phonecard could have been used
is expired. However, we garantee, that this card could have been
used at the designated time.

2. The same guarantee comes with all other offered collectors items.
E.g. for stored value cards other than phonecards, like traintickets,
vendingmachinecards, metro-tickets and so on.
And - of course - also for anything else like beanie-babies,
cataloges etc.

3. Shipping policy: Shipping is to be paid by the high bidder.
He decides the way of shipping. We offer all kind of shipping,
from the most economic "surface" up to FedEx overnight.
We inform the high bidder before about all alternatives and their
prices.

5. Payment policy: Our generally accepted payment form is VISA and
Mastercard. All other forms of payment on request.
When we send the goods with registered airmail, we debit
your card a f t e r we have send the goods. When we send with FedEx,
we debit your card only a f t e r the goods have a r r i v e d
with you.

6. We expect a reaction from the high bidder at least 3 days after the
end of the auction and after he was informed by us or the auction-
house.
